System Safety and Cyber Security IET Conference

I was invited among the speakers at the 11th International Conference on System Safety and Cyber Security  (SSCS) that was held in London, at Savoy Place last 12-13 October. SSCS, organised by The Institution of Engineering and Technology, is the largest conference for system safety specialists held in the UK. It was an opportunity to bring together  both safety and security engineers from around the world.

In the context of the “Cyber Security and Defence” track I presented again on my ongoing work on Standardisation Policies for Critical Infrastructure Information Protection. The ongoing project was already the subject of a paper published on the ISSE 2015 proceedings and presented at the conference in December 2015 in Berlin and also of a talk given in 2014 at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus.
